Our Mission

Our mission is to empower people to live meaningful lives by delivering personalised care, encouraging independence, and creating opportunities for greater community participation. Through compassionate relationships, clinical expertise, and a commitment to excellence, we help participants achieve their goals – today and into the future.

Start Receiving Support in Three Simple Steps

At Velocity, getting started is straightforward so you can focus on what matters most.

Step 1

Reach Out

Call 1300 479 764, email us, or submit our online referral form. Our intake coordinator will listen to your situation and help you understand which services align with your NDIS plan.

Step 2

Design Your Support Plan

We sit down with you, your family, and any relevant professionals to build a flexible service plan shaped by your goals, routines, and funding type.

Step 3

Meet Your Team and Get Started

We match you with qualified support workers and nurses who suit your needs, personality, and schedule. You will meet your team before services begin so there are no surprises on day one.

Common questions from NDIS participants.

These are the questions NDIS participants, families, and referring professionals ask us most often. If your question is not covered here, call or email and we will give you a straight answer.

Is Velocity Support Services a registered NDIS provider?

Yes. Velocity Support Services holds active registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission under provider number 4-G524BD8. This means we meet ongoing auditing, compliance, and worker screening requirements, and we can deliver services to participants with agency-managed, plan-managed, or self-managed NDIS plans.

We deliver NDIS and aged care services across Ipswich, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Logan, Toowoomba, and the Lockyer Valley. Our staff are based locally in these regions, which allows us to maintain faster response times and stronger participant relationships than providers operating remotely from interstate.

Most participants are onboarded and receiving active support within a few business days of referral confirmation. For urgent situations, including hospital discharges, accommodation breakdowns, or crisis referrals, we prioritise fast-tracked intake and can often begin within 24 to 48 hours.

All services are delivered within the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits published by the NDIA. We outline all costs in your service agreement before support begins, so there are no unexpected charges.

Wherever possible, yes. We know that continuity matters for trust, comfort, and outcomes. Our rostering team assigns a primary worker to each participant and keeps changes to a minimum. When a change is unavoidable, we let you know in advance and introduce the new worker before the transition.

Contact your service coordinator, call our office, or email us directly. We treat every concern seriously, respond promptly, and follow a transparent resolution process. You are also entitled to contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission independently if you prefer.

Why Choose Us?

There are hundreds of NDIS providers in South East Queensland. Participants and families tell us these are the reasons they chose Velocity and stayed.

Your Goals Lead Every Decision

We do not apply a standard service template and hope it works. Your support plan reflects your priorities.

Clinical Strength Behind Every Service

Our leadership includes registered mental health nurses and clinical nurse managers who actively supervise care delivery.

One Provider for Multiple Support Needs

Instead of coordinating between separate providers for personal care, nursing, transport, and community access, Velocity covers the full scope under one service agreement.

A Community That Actually Exists

Velocity Hub is not a brochure promise. It is a physical activity centre where participants attend social groups, creative workshops, fitness sessions, and community events every week.
