We are an NDIS Mental Health Specific Provider based in Ipswich. Our team comprises of Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers, General Nurses and support workers of different cultures offering a range of support services for people with a psychosocial disability due to Mental Health Conditions; We also provide support for people with Intellectual Impairment Acquired Brain Injury; ASD

Velocity Support Services aims to lead in providing mental health services across a wide footprint, supporting individuals and communities to achieve desired health goals and we provide Core and Capacity Building NDIS services. Velocity Support Services supports NDIS participants with a safe transition from Inpatient Units / Forensic Facilities into the Community with the aim of improvingmental wellbeing, and independent living, medication support and monitoring.
