Telehealth Supports

If you have access to a phone, or a smart device or a computer with internet access, telehealth appointment is possible and funded through your NDIS.

Telehealth is an alternate way of delivering effective evidence-based supports. In many ways, it’s just like seeing any other health care provider, but instead of driving to a service provider, or catching public transport, your face-to-face appointment is virtual, through the use of digital technology. Where technology is not accessible, the appointment can also be done over the phone.

What we offer over the phone or Zoom:

:heavy_check_mark: Behavior support
:heavy_check_mark: Counseling
:heavy_check_mark: Psychology
:heavy_check_mark: Recovery coaching
:heavy_check_mark: Medication Support and monitoring
:heavy_check_mark: Phone-call support to check on mental wellbeing.

Telehealth is not a replacement or substitute for traditional face-to-face care, but rather an additional option to increase the accessibility of services that participants will continue to use in the future.
